IL GEMELLO - Questo sito web è gemello del Museo Virtuale Multimediale Saladellamemoriaheysel.it Entrambi sono stati creati amatorialmente da Domenico Laudadio. Non contiene e si rifiutano categoricamente contenuti pubblicitari.

L'ALBERO - Il logo della nostra Associazione è opera del grafico torinese Gianni Valle, il quale spiega così la sua ispirazione: "La simbologia di un albero, bianconero ovviamente, il significato è presto comprensibile: memoria, continuità, radici e rinnovamento".

Il dominio associazionefamiliarivittimeheysel.it appartiene in esclusiva all’ Associazione fra i Familiari delle Vittime dell’Heysel che lo mantiene in rete a sue spese rinunciando a qualunque forma o proposta di pubblicità e ne persegue unicamente le finalità etiche e didattico-culturali per cui lo ha creato. Sull’uso delle fotografie presenti nel sito si dichiara che le immagini tratte dalla rete sono già presenti in altri domini e che spesso non è possibile risalire con certezza alle fonti primarie del copyright per le autorizzazioni. Le medesime sono state ridotte e degradate di qualità rispetto agli originali in fede alla legge italiana sul diritto d’autore 633/1941 al comma 1 bis all’articolo 70 che cita: "la libera pubblicazione attraverso la rete internet, a titolo gratuito, di immagini e musiche a bassa risoluzione o degradate, per uso didattico o scientifico e solo nel caso in cui tale utilizzo non sia a scopo di lucro" (Vedi, inoltre, Direttiva Europarlamento 26.03.2019). THE TWIN - This website is the twin of the Saladellamemoriaheysel.it Multimedia Virtual Museum. Both were created by Domenico Laudadio as an amateur. It does not contain and categorically rejects advertising content.

THE TREE - The logo of our Association is the work of the Turin graphic designer Gianni Valle, who explains his inspiration thus: "The symbology of a tree, black and white obviously, the meaning is soon understandable: memory, continuity, roots and renewal".

MULTIMEDIA MATERIALS © COPYRIGHT - The use of the multimedia contents of the repertoire, searched and taken from the web and present in the pages of this site, does not pursue any profit-making purpose, but is inspired by the right to the news. The domain associazionefamiliarivittimeheysel.it belongs exclusively to the Association of Heysel Victims' Families which maintains it on the net at its own expense, renouncing any form or proposal of advertising and only pursues the ethical and educational-cultural purposes for which it was created. Regarding the use of the photographs on the site, we declare that the images taken from the web are already present in other domains and that it is often not possible to trace with certainty the primary sources of the copyright for the authorizations.
